Captive at the Den

I figured that I was led back to the room with the sling as I was backed against it ... 

A nipple suction device was thrust into my hand and I was ordered to attach it tightly to my right nipple ... as soon as it was attached, I was given the left and told to repeat the action on my left nipple.
